The Tandoor is a traditional Indian clay oven fired by charcoal or gas in which food is baked. This is a sealed heat cooking method by which our food retains flavor as it cooks in its own juice. Our Tandoori foodis marinated in Special Masala, a mixture of yogurt, herbs and traditional spices. All dishes are garnished with onion rings and lemon wedges.
