Balti is a style of cooking that was developed in Birmingham, UK 20 to 30 years ago. A Balti meal is a type of curry, fast cooked over a high flame with fresh meat and/or vegetables marinated and then cooked with spices added during the cooking process. The meal is then usually served in the Balti dish.Only fresh diced chicken breast or fresh diced lamb are used in our Balti dishes. All Balti dishes are cooked in white wine with fresh onions, spices like cumin, cardamom, coriander, cloves, ginger, andtomatoes, green peppers finest herbs and spiced.
